Teddy Shonka is a Gilbert resident and currently ranked in the top 1% of all realtors in Arizona, grossing more than $100,000,000 in sales. Teddy is originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa but attended South Dakota State University on a football scholarship and graduated with degrees in Health Science, Business Economics, and Spanish. Teddy offers a 100% full service listing for the low fees described above with Zero Upfront Fees. You will not get any additional service/representation by paying more to another agent or brokerage. Many other flat fee realtors are "limited service" and you will be required to do most of the legwork on your own.
Although a majority of our business is in the Gilbert area, we also love to work with seller's all over Maricopa County.
We do not. Open houses are to get listing agents and their team more buyer and seller leads. 99% of open house guests are not qualified nor interested in buying your home, and mostly looking for fun. We prefer to have interested and qualified buyers view your home with their agent or us to insure a private and comfortable showing without distractions. Any realtor telling you that open houses help sell your home are not looking out for your best interests!
That is 100% up to you. Most of our seller clients offer 2-2.5% of the purchase price to the buyer's agent.
